About Rosebudd

Rosebudd hails from Stone Mountain, GA and began her musical journey writing poetry at 9 years old. As she got older and began studying hip hop in depth, she was inspired by Little Brother’s “Lovin’ It” to pursue rapping as a career. As a 16 year old freshman at Georgia State University, she learned how to record and released her first mixtape The BG EP in Spring of 2010 under the alias BG McFLYorDIE. 

Since then, she has gone on to release three independent albums & three EPs under various monikers. She also gained respect via Atlanta’s cypher circuit as well as performances at the legendary Apache Cafe. Rosebudd has collaborated with several prominent Atlanta artists, producers, and overall creative individuals through their mutual love for artistry. Rosebudd is releasing her 4th album “Replanted & Repurposed” in Summer of 2021.
